Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Operations: Coordinate with insurance providers, handle registry paperwork, and track deal progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Title & Registration: Own the documentation process, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Data & Record Management: Maintain and optimize internal systems for tracking customer information and sales documentation.
- Cross-Team Communication: Serve as a connector between the business office, sales team, and service team.
- Document Organization: Prepare, file, and manage essential paperwork and digital records.
- Process Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal systems.
- Sustainability Advocacy: Help integrate eco-conscious practices into daily operations.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or dealership support role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and data
