The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the strategic leader of the organization, responsible for advancing its mission, vision, and impact within the community. The CEO oversees operations, financial management, and program development while fostering strong relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, and key stakeholders. This role requires leadership in fundraising, community engagement, and organizational growth to ensure the organization remains a vital resource for local youth. The CEO will be onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – Provide guidance and support to the Board of Directors in setting goals, developing policies, and establishing effective programs.
- Financial Oversight – Manage all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Team Management – Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and respect.
- Community Engagement – Enhance the organization’s public presence through outreach, media interactions, and fundraising efforts.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry best practices, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Stakeholder Relations – Develop and maintain partnerships with community groups, service organizations, government agencies, and donors to advance the organization’s mission.
- Fundraising & Development – Lead and execute high-impact fundraising and capital campaigns, including donor cultivation, strategic financial planning, and securing major gifts to drive organizational growth.
