We are currently looking for a Client Support Specialist to join this great organization. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity that offers a chance to build a rewarding career!

What You’ll Do

  • Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to fulfill requests, troubleshoot issues, and build lasting, meaningful relationships.
  • Account Management: Verify all account data and maintain accurate, confidential client information.
  • Timely Responses: Respond to client inquiries and requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Problem Solving: Help clients resolve challenges by stepping back, analyzing the situation, and finding the best solution.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure everything is processed with precision, especially when managing payroll data or other sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in helpdesk support, technical support, customer service, or related roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, understandable way.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A passion for delivering excellent client service and building strong relationships.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
