Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for designing and managing compensation and benefits programs? We’re looking for a Compensation & Benefits Administrator to play a key role in overseeing payroll structures, benefits programs, and compliance initiatives on the lovely Seacoast on a hybrid basis!

Job Duties

  • Manage benefits, oversee open enrollment, track employee changes, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Maintain salary structures, conduct market analysis, and implement fair and competitive pay practices
  • Administer leave of absence policies, guide employees through the process, and ensure alignment with legal requirements
  • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws, prepare reports, and maintain data accuracy in HR systems
  • Contribute to wellness programs, safety initiatives, and HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience

πŸ” What We’re Looking For

βœ… 2 years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis

βœ… Certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CEBS etc.)

βœ… Experience With ADP WorkForceNow Preferred

βœ… Strong Microsoft Excel & HR data analysis skills

βœ… Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: 70-80k depending on experience
