Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
- Oversee and manage the Customer Service Team, including scheduling and workload distribution
- Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure the team provides high-quality service to customers and meets company standards
- Supervise customer service processes, including order entry, invoicing, technical support, and issue resolution
- Maintain relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth
- Report quality incidents to the Innovations Team and ensure prompt resolution
- Oversee the rollout of new products, coordinating design, packaging, marketing, and training
- Manage new customer setup processes and ensure smooth onboarding
- Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing to align customer service strategies with company goals
- Participate in financial planning, seeking budget approvals as necessary
- Coordinate corporate events and distribute pricing updates across all business units
