Customer Support Representative – Hybrid

An established and growing industrial solutions company located in the Metro North, MA area is looking to expand its Customer Support team.

As part of a broader initiative to enhance the customer experience, the company is hiring multiple Customer Support Representatives to join a close-knit team. This is a B2B-focused position supporting a range of technical products used in various industries, including life sciences, manufacturing, and more.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a front-line resource for business customers, delivering high-quality, solutions-driven support
• Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding orders, product information, pricing, and delivery updates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Utilize CRM/ERP systems to manage customer accounts and track communications (experience with SAP is a big plus)
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a B2B customer support or inside sales role
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP strongly preferred)
  
  

Additional Details

• Full-time, permanent position with room for growth
• Initial training period will be fully onsite; hybrid schedule (4 days onsite/1 remote) offered post-training
  
  

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base salary (hourly) 5% annual bonus
