Position Details:
- Title: Director of Human Resources
- Location: Quincy, MA (4 days onsite, Fridays remote)
- Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience) bonus'
Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Partner with the Head of HR and HR Manager to improve processes across payroll, benefits, audits, and reporting
πΉ Oversee the administration of retirement plans (Defined Benefits and 401(k)), ensuring compliance and clear employee communication
πΉ Lead talent acquisition efforts, enhancing efficiency and the candidate experience
πΉ Manage both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives
πΉ Evaluate and improve total rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness
πΉ Manage vendor relationships tied to recruiting, benefits, and talent development
πΉ Develop KPIs and metrics to assess HR performance and identify improvement opportunities
πΉ Advise and collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
πΉ Foster employee engagement through effective communication and knowledge-sharing initiatives
πΉ Partner with department leaders to enhance recruitment and staffing strategies
What We're Looking For:
β 10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
β Strong HR generalist background with expertise in total rewards, talent acquisition, and HR operations
β Proven success in balancing strategic vision with operational execution
β Experience managing payroll, HRIS, and employee benefits
β Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
β Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced certifications like MBA or SPHR are a plus)
β Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
