Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Help with prioritization, follow-up, and task tracking
- Coordinate board meetings and assist with meeting logistics
- Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and executive reports
- Assist with corporate filings and ensure document organization
- Act as a liaison with board members and investors
- Provide light project management support across initiatives
- Proven experience supporting a CEO or high-level executive
- Previous experience in life sciences, biotech, or startup environments highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently
- Discretion, professionalism, and a team-player attitude
