We are seeking a dynamic Facilities and Office Coordinator to join our client’s team in a 100% onsite in Boston, MA role at their state-of-the-art facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established company that offers free onsite parking , an onsite gym, and a cafeteria. The selected candidate will receive OSHA and CPR certification upon hire and will play a key role in supporting the facilities and administrative teams, handling building maintenance, office administration, and mailroom operations. This position is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM , with pay ranging from $25 to $29 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Facilities Support :
- Perform routine building maintenance, including minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical / mechanical repairs.
- Clean and maintain parking lots and grounds daily.
- Set up and break down meetings and events (occasional evening hours required).
- Process maintenance requests from Building Superintendents.
