Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with contract scope and deliverables.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, manage subcontractor paperwork, and support financial reporting.
- Review and process invoices, manage cost center coding, and assist with billing.
