- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Partner with department leaders to address workforce needs and succession planning
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Payroll – Reviews and submits, annual raises
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Ensure HR practices adhere to all legal requirements, including labor laws and workplace safety regulations
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Proactively lead the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, programs, and practices that are aligned with business objectives
- Monitor compliance with Laws/Regulations/Policies. Conduct research on varying HR topics to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, resolving concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
- Demonstrated ability to foster a team-building and collaborative work environment.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR data analysis tools.
