Position Summary:
The Director, HR Business Partner provides strategic and tactical HR support to employees and operational leaders, ensuring alignment between human resources practices and organizational goals. This role serves as a key consultant in areas such as employee relations, staffing, talent development, organizational planning, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in employee relations, staffing, performance management, and organizational development.
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Support organizational change, restructuring, and talent strategy.
- Serve as a liaison across HR functions, ensuring policy consistency and compliance.
- Supervise and develop HRBPs and support staff.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a culture aligned with the hospital’s mission and values.
- Oversee HR program implementation, including merit reviews and retention strategies.
