- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- Organize and prepare patient visits by reviewing charts, obtaining chief complaints, and taking vital signs.
- Prepare and administer immunizations.
- Perform vision and hearing screenings.
- Conduct CLIA-waived Point of Care Testing (e.g., Urine dips, Hemoglobin, Lead, Strep, COVID, Flu, RSV).
- Assist with lab sample collection and transport.
- Accurately document patient information in the EMR system (EPIC experience preferred).
- Clean, restock, and prepare exam rooms after each visit.
- Assist nurses and physicians with basic medical care and procedures.
- Follow protocols for hazardous waste disposal and universal precautions.
- Monitor and restock supplies; notify management of shortages.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical medical experience required.
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience strongly preferred.
- Phlebotomy skills (preferred).
- Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC experience desired).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
