- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Gather and review medical records, prepare demand packets, and draft legal documents.
- Maintain case files and conduct legal research.
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings.
- Prepare trial materials and monitor case deadlines.
- Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed.
- 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with New Hampshire court rules is a plus.
