Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an HR partner for the Power Technology business unit and corporate functions (Finance, IT, Facilities), providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
- Manage employee relations, including coaching managers, handling investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding.
- Lead performance management initiatives, providing training and coaching to managers on best practices.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives that align with company strategy, culture, and values.
- Support key HR programs such as talent management, succession planning, total rewards, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee training programs, managing logistics such as invitations, room setup, and materials.
- Partner with leadership on HR policy updates, compliance, and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience, with strong skills in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and multi-state compliance.
- Experience supporting both direct labor (manufacturing) and corporate functions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
