We are seeking a Director of Nursing responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of the medical department for a substance abuse treatment facility. The Director will ensure that all medical services are delivered in accordance with established standards and regulations, in compliance with license and credentialing requirements. Additionally, the Director will obtain and manage all medical services contracts and vendors for the facility while working with multi-disciplinary departments to ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance and Improvement standards.
The Director of Nursing will provide leadership and guidance to several licensed and professional medical staff and providers to optimize and accomplish organizational goals and benchmarks. This position offers a great team to work with and a supportive CEO with an excellent vision and track record. The base salary starts at $120,000-$135,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and signing bonus. The role consists of 60% leadership and administrative duties and 40% patient care, which is a great combination. The position is highly visible with upward mobility to work in Corporate or as a Regional Director.
