Responsibilities:
1. Success Beyond Academics Program:
- Achieve registration goals for each SBA cohort.
- Host engaging live webinars for SBA participants and NSHSS audiences.
- Create compelling marketing materials for email, web, and social media channels.
- Manage cohort administration, module releases, and student communication to ensure seamless program execution.
- Provide timely and effective customer support to program participants.
- Become proficient in and serve as the team’s expert on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Educator Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high school educators via email, social media, phone, and direct outreach.
- Manage the NSHSS Educator Grants program from promotion through application review and award distribution.
- Use SurveyMonkey Apply for grants management; become the in-house expert.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for educator engagement.
- Website & Marketing:
- Contribute innovative ideas to promote SBA and educator programs.
- Research and write content for blogs, emails, social media, and other outreach materials.
- Review and produce accurate, on-brand marketing content.
- Regularly audit website content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and audience relevance.
- Events & Tours:
- Participate in and support NSHSS events and college tours.
- Deliver exceptional onsite experiences for attendees.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed during assigned events.
- Software & Documentations:
- Learn and utilize systems including CMS (Umbraco), LMS, Celoxis, Zoom, Salesforce, and email marketing tools.
- Generate reports to inform team decision-making and program development.
- Maintain accurate documentation for assigned programs
- Conduct research as needed to gather relevant data and insights for program development, marketing, and reporting as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong business acumen and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Exceptional work ethic and reliability.
- Marketing background or major preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
