Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the OpenTable system when necessary.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process transactions using the cash register, handling payments accurately.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly within nightclub environments.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for patrons.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Must have or obtain AZ Food Handler Card and Title IV AZ Alcohol Cert.
