Overview
We are seeking bartenders and servers for our new Resturant. Our Resturant is going to be focused around high end seafood along with a raw bar the captures what cape cod is about. We are looking for bartenders and servers that have experience in creating new drink ideas and menus catered to each season along with working in a professional and up scale setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Experience in food service, particularly within nightclub or fine dining settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $22.79 - $24.83 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
