Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive outstanding service and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and profitability goals.
- Sales and Marketing: Implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
