Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Billing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and administrative tasks, with proficiency in QuickBooks. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our office and requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Billing and Financial Management :

  • Handle all billing and invoicing processes, including client billing and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.

Administrative Duties :

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for firm's President and attorneys.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize financial files and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team,
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with immigration law is a plus but not required.
  • Salary : $45,000
