Job Overview
We are seeking passionate & dedicated Early Childhood Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development &/or education, with a focus on nurturing & educating young children in a supportive environment. This role involves working closely with infants, toddlers & preschool-aged children, fostering their growth through engaging activities & individualized attention.
Duties
- Educate children through developmentally appropriate practices, with focus on early learning concepts.
- Provide attentive care & supervision, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents & guardians regarding children's progress & developmental milestones.
- Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children in a private school setting.
- Facilitate classroom activities that promote social, emotional, & cognitive development.
- Monitor & assess the progress of each child, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with other educators to maintain a cohesive educational approach within the classroom.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles & practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, to effectively engage with children, parents, & colleagues.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diversity & individual learning styles.
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies is highly desirable.
- Experience in behavior management or providing individualized support to children is a plus.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
