Operating from our London HQ and US studio in New Jersey as well as Italian centres for excellences, our team includes Studio Coordinators, Product Library, Styling, Size and Fit, Photography, Video, Retouch, Product Editorial and Translations teams, with many working across a combination of all Group’s websites each week. Studio Production are now seeking a talented Retoucher to join the team. Consistently checking own work for errors with minimal amends. Have strong understanding of workflow and deadlines with the ability to react quickly to email requests and action where necessary. Be responsible for completion of work to daily and weekly deadlines. Be pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the service of the studio team. Carry out ad hoc duties within art department/editorial when required. Liaise affectively with other departments involved in the studio process. Mentor new starters, providing training and support, and feeding back to Team Leaders. Retouch editorial work to a high standard when required. Take on additional non-retouching tasks with support from team leaders. The type of person we are looking for: High technical proficiency in Photoshop and Macintosh OS. Strong retouching skills. Strong understanding of colour correction/management. Proven ability to work efficiently on a high volume of images and meet challenging deadlines. Expert understanding of studio and retouch workflow. Working responsible with little feedback required. Pro-active and able to take initiative to troubleshoot and make improvements.
