The New Homestead is looking for a LPN or RN to join the team as a Restorative Nurse Manager to provide kind, compassionate, care to our residents in Guthrie Center, IA. The Restorative Nurse is responsible for implementing and providing ROM programs. They also coordinate with the therapy team to ensure residents are receiving proper ROM. This is a Monday through Friday position with flexible hours with occasional weekends as needed.

RN & LPN Sign-On Bonus (SNF)

Effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, a RN or LPN Sign-On Bonus will be offered to a RN or LPN who begins employment at the nursing facility listed below.

To be eligible for the Sign-On Bonus and any payments laid out below, the following guidelines must be followed :

• The RN or LPN must work a minimum of 30 hours per week as a full-time employee or 15 hours per week for a part-time employee (not averaged during the period of the Sign-On Bonus payment laid out below).
• The RN or LPN must be employed and in good standing (no counseling or disciplinary action taken) from the date of hire through the date of each payment to be paid this bonus.
• The Sign-On Bonus will be included on the employee’s regular paycheck with the required taxes being withheld.

Employees who have left employment, regardless of position, and are rehired within six (6) months of this

agreement are not eligible for this bonus.

If the RN or LPN meets all the criteria listed above, the Sign-On Bonus will be paid out as follows :

Full-Time RN or LPN employees :

• 500.00 paid after 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, and 150 days.
• 2,500.00 paid after 12 months
