Position Overview :
We’re seeking a driven and organized Account Manager & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the company founder, this role is a blend of client account management and operational support. The ideal candidate will bring energy, proactivity, and strong communication and organizational skills, thriving in a nimble, fast-paced environment and helping the internal TNNT team and clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management :
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts, including maintaining consistent communication, keeping on top of all action items, and helping with scheduling and logistics.
- Develop relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to exceed their expectations and add value.
- Assist in the creation and execution of communications strategies, including drafting pitches, press releases, and other media materials.
- Coordinate and schedule media outreach, interviews, and events, leveraging any existing media relationships to benefit clients (bonus if experienced in tech and business media).
- Monitor and report on everything in the media about clients, their industry, and their competitors.
