Position title : Director of Jewish Life and Learning FLSA : Salary / Exempt
DEPARTMENT : Adult Family Arts & Culture PAY RANGE : $57,000 - $60,000 per year
Reporting Relationship : Reports to the CEO ADDITIONAL : 30 hours / week, On-site
The Director of Jewish Life and Learning is responsible for oversight and strategy related to Jewish journeys, family, adult, and arts and culture programming and engagement. This position focuses on mission-driven programs related to Jewish journeys and the agency's Jewish identity. The establishment of close working relationships between multiple departments is critical to the success of this position.

- Possess excellent communication skills, with an ability to identify and respond to their audience.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Jewish culture, traditions, religious observations, and experiences.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support their team in prioritizing their day-to-day.
- Experienced in management including supervising employees.
- Experienced in event planning and use of audio-visual equipment.
- Exhibit a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work weekends, evenings, and abnormal hours, as well as indoors and outdoors.
- Be invested in the overall success of the agency.
