Lead Supervisor

Position Overview:

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring that everything runs efficiently during your shifts. You’ll take charge of opening and closing the store, ensuring staff members are performing their tasks effectively, and providing support wherever needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive, motivated work environment, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and quality.
• Open and close the shop according to established procedures.
• Manage and direct the team to ensure proper task completion and customer service standards.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching when needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Motivate the team to meet sales goals, maintain high standards, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Timely, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $19.00 per hour Tips
Schedule: Morning shifts, weekends included
