Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retain premium members.
- Achieve new business sales goals through upselling current accounts, referrals, and cross-selling premium ticket packages and luxury suites.
- Meet or exceed established sales, renewal, and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and local businesses.
- Provide education and support to account holders on key ticket functions and services.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and Tickets.com (TDC) Ticketing System.
