Key Responsibilities
">- Execute account strategies, including drafting development plans, relationship matrices, and prioritized opportunities.
- Provide leadership and direction over business development activities, including lead prospecting, qualifying, developing, winning, and onboarding new business opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and apply insights related to branch/regional accounts and industry verticals to align with supply chain/logistics industry trends and best practices.
- Manage regular requests from assigned accounts for potential business opportunities, including quotes, RFQ/RFPs, and other initiatives.
- Act as a single point of contact for branch/regional accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
