The Premium Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in the long-term retention and growth of premium membership account holders. Key responsibilities include securing renewal commitments, providing elite service to high yield accounts, and increasing our premium membership base in the Tri-State Area.

The Premium Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in the long-term retention and growth of premium membership account holders. Key responsibilities include securing renewal commitments, providing elite service to high yield accounts, and increasing our premium membership base in the Tri-State Area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize Premium Membership renewal percentage by delivering outstanding customer service via all contact touchpoints.
- Responsible for achieving new business sales goals through upselling current accounts, generating referrals, and cross-selling premium ticket packages and luxury suites.
- Meet or exceed established monthly sales, annual sales, and renewal targets.
- Develop and implement unique sales strategies to produce new business opportunities.
- Contribute positively to the sales team culture by fostering mutually beneficial working relationships with team members.
- Participate in and contribute to sales and service team meetings and training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong corporate relationships and a robust business network in the Tri-State Area.
- Educate account holders on key ticket functions, including My Mets Tickets, Secondary Market Assistance, Ticket Donation Program, and the MLB Ballpark App.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM regarding all activities and sales.
- Maintain accurate account data on Tickets.com (TDC) Ticketing System.
- Address all account holder inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate clear, accurate information to account holders.
- Attend and participate in premium membership events and experiences.
- Visit premium members on game days to strengthen relationships.
- Perform various game-day duties, including in-seat visits, executing events, and addressing any account problems or concerns.
