In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike, while understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to their talent challenges. The ideal candidates for The Newburgh Group will possess a strong willingness to learn about the recruitment industry and a driving hunger to excel at their jobs.
Duties
- Identify and target potential clients and candidates through both cold calling and warm calling, networking efforts, along with a strong utilization of LinkedIn and various Social Media sites.
- Develop and present talented candidates to our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale is closed, ensuring they receive the necessary resources for success.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and solutions to both clients and candidates alike.
- Proficient in negotiating terms that benefit both the company and the client.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends through calling efforts to inform clients and candidates of Market Trends.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
