Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the onboarding, implementation, and management of client relationships for small to mid-size enterprises and retail clients. You will manage all aspects of the client lifecycle, from pre-implementation to post-implementation and account renewals.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves maintaining periodic account health assessments, developing and maintaining client account documentation, and preparing status reports to keep management, clients, and project teams informed. Additionally, you will recommend process and procedure revisions to support continuous improvement and coordinate quality assurance metrics and testing.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent client service skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel experience. Knowledge of IT managed services and/or cloud computing is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the data center co-location industry. PMP Certification is a bonus but not necessary.
