Job Description
The Senior Associate Client Success Manager plays a vital role in onboarding, implementing, and managing client relationships for small to mid-size enterprises and retail clients. This includes managing all aspects of the client lifecycle from pre-implementation to post-implementation and account renewals. Key responsibilities include maintaining periodic account health assessments, developing and maintaining client account documentation, and preparing status reports to keep management, clients, and project teams informed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need excellent client service skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel experience. Knowledge of IT managed services and/or cloud computing is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the data center co-location industry. PMP Certification is a bonus but not necessary.
