What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman/Superintendent position at The Noel Company?
We are seeking a 3 qualified Superintendent that can lead our hard-working team by example and can provide quality work on schedule.
Our ideal candidate will be able to travel 100% of the time. The Noel Company, Inc. is based in Albuquerque, NM with jobs spread across northern New Mexico and Eastern Arizona.
Applicants will possess leadership qualities to promote a professional atmosphere for not only other employees, but will also act as the daily on-site point of contact for all required parties (i.e., GC’s, PM’s, Engineers, etc.)

Qualified applicants must be efficient in the following:
- Labor/Customer Management and Development
- Documentation, Record Keeping, and Technology
- Technical Knowledge
Beneficial Education or Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven history functioning in a similar position that includes supervisory responsibilities.
- OSHA 30
- Certified Forklift Operator
- CPR and First Aid
- Fall Protection
- Current and Valid Driver’s License
Willingness to travel:
- Travel will increase your earnings! (You will be ranked in a higher wage scale.)
- Most projects will require 100% travel. (Subsistance, Per Diem, and Travel will be paid.)

- Northern New Mexico, Southern Colorado, & Eastern Arizona
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
