The Human Resources Associate provides flexible, on-demand support to the HR department, assisting with various HR tasks and projects as needed. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including organizing files, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related documentation.
- Assist with the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring all required forms are completed.
- Help administer employee benefits programs, including answering inquiries, updating records, and assisting with benefits enrollment processes.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies by helping to update records, track training, and support audits.
- Coordinate and assist with employee training sessions and development programs.
- Support employee relations activities by assisting with conflict resolution, communicating policies, and addressing employee concerns.
- Manage and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with preparing and organizing HR-related reports and presentations for management.
- Provide coverage for HR staff during absences, ensuring the department runs smoothly in their absence.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as requested based on department needs and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, with a demonstrated passion for enhancing the associate experience.
- Per diem position, with hours and schedule to be determined based on department needs.
- The role may require working on-site or remotely, depending on business requirements.
