Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learning/Training: identify training requirements through needs assessments and performance reviews; design, implement, manage, and evaluate training programs (instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced); track and measure training effectiveness to ensure ROI; manage Learning Management System and training vendors.
- Employee Development: implement and manage programs and processes to promote employee continuous development, including career pathing, individual development plans, and promotion policies and procedures; support performance review and management processes.
- Employee Engagement: working with other members of the HR team, implement and manage processes, systems and programs to monitor and continuously improve employee engagement, including surveying, employee recognition programs, etc.; ensure engagement initiatives and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively.
- Employee Relations: support employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Other HR Support & Projects: manage other projects as determined by the Senior Director, Human Resources and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 - 6 years of HR generalist experience
- A successful track record of implementing and managing employee development and engagement programs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting a field sales organization
- Entrepreneurial with ability to prioritize and problem-solve
- Demonstrates curiosity, integrity, and professionalism
- Impactful verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work independently
