The Northwoods Corporation is seeking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.
- Support Account Managers and Producers day to day activities.
- Prepare renewal questionnaires and engage customers to ensure a smooth renewal process.
- Receiving and handling phone calls from clients.
- Prepare insurance forms/documents (identification cards, certificates, endorsements, schedules, etc.).
- Process other insurance transactions to provide customer service and support efforts to acquire and retain profitable business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.

The ideal candidate should possess a NYS Property and Casualty License. Further, the ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of Commercial Lines experience. At The Northwoods Corporation, the Account Managers work closely with producers and other Account managers in a capacity that will enable them to gain experiences that will take their career to the next level.
Job Type: Full-time preferred but will consider p/t of 20-30 hours a week. Flexible scheduling
