Who You Are-
- 5 Years experience in Level 2 Infrastructure Support and Administration
- Service Ticket Management / Escalations-Detail oriented, working with a high level of diligence
- Passionate about technology and learning
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written) – clear, concise, and timely
- Able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues reliably
- Able to document issues and escalate effectively
- Ability to pick up skills quickly
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Coordinator Level 2 at The Nu-Age Group. The Service Desk Coordinator Level 2 will be responsible for providing service desk support, IT service management, and service desk operations on a day-to-day basis.
