Job Summary : We are looking for a Experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding our business solutions and ensuring the alignment of business processes and information systems to achieve more efficient and effective practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting in-depth business process analyses to understand and document current processes and to develop recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and compile user requirements to understand the operational objectives
- Designing and implementing new business models and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Developing and monitoring data analytics to support decision-making and to provide insight into business performance
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users and the information technology team to ensure technical solutions meet user needs
