The Growth Operator
Inside Sales & Account Success Representative
Location: Clarkston, WA (On-site)
We’re a fast-growing O-Ring and seal distributor doing looking to scale quickly. Our leads come in warm — website traffic, repeat customers, and referrals. You’ll manage inbound sales and take care of accounts like it’s your own business.
This isn’t a cold-call grind. This is inside sales for a company that leads with value, takes care of customers, and builds long-term relationships in an industry that’s been ignored by big players for too long.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to phone calls and emails from new and existing customers
- Create quotes, process estimates, and follow through until the order is closed
- Manage accounts proactively — remind them, support them, help them grow
- Keep NetSuite CRM up to date — every customer, every quote, every step
- Work with operations to make sure what we promise is delivered
- Help us improve — if you see a gap, suggest a solution

Requirements:
- 2 years in inside sales or account management
- Experience with technical products or industrial customers preferred
- You’re comfortable with CRM and ERP systems (we use NetSuite)
- Strong written and phone communication
- Based near Clarkston, WA — this is not a fully remote role
