What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and Whole Foods category managers
• Own day-to-day account management and execution across departments
• Manage new brand onboarding and category transitions
• Lead brand strategy and promotional planning efforts
• Supervise and mentor a direct report
• Own key account paperwork, item set-up, and compliance processes
• Conduct cost calculations, scheduling, data reporting, and analysis
• Coordinate samples, timelines, and cross-functional tasks with precision

• 2 years of experience managing accounts at a national level (ideally within Whole Foods Market)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong ability to document SOPs and streamline processes

• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work across teams and clients
