Description
The Oaks Academy is seeking an IT Systems Administrator who thrives in a community where relationships come first. With over 1,000 students and 200 faculty and staff at three locations, the IT Team is critical to ensuring that day-to-day learning continues without technological disruption, and supports staff in large-scale technology needs.
The IT Systems Administrator role serves the following functions and more -
- High level troubleshooting and problem resolutions when tickets are escalated from the help desk, and resolves ordinary tickets as needed
- Primary backup for the Chief Technology Officer as needed
- Manages cloud systems as well as on-premise systems
- Performs identity and access management for multiple platforms
- Develops scripts to assist with business automation within Google Workspace
- Assists with supporting the school’s AV needs
This is a full-time, salaried position with PTO and benefits (medical, dental, vision, life) available. Annual salary starts at $50,385.

Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent in Information Technology, prior experience supporting customers in use of application software preferred
- Competency in MS Office Suite
- Some travel to local campus locations (less than 5 miles) occasionally required
- Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
