Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service department and its programs and activities.
- Makes written and oral reports/recommendations to the ADHS/DHS concerning the operation of the nursing service department.
- Coordinates with other resident services to ensure continuity of total regimen of care.
- Initiates and manages reportables with communication and supervision from ED/DHS.
- Completes nursing admission assessment and baseline care planning for new admissions.
- Supervises and oversees all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
