The Oaks at Jamestown is looking for a highly motivated Office Manager - Accounts Receivable and Payroll to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our business office functions, including accounts receivable and payroll.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of resident trust accounts.
- Process payments received and accurately allocate them to the correct resident account.
- Reconcile cash receipts journal to the monthly deposit log.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Resident Trust Accounts: Establish, maintain, and reconcile resident trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Payment Processing: Process payments received and accurately allocate them to the correct resident account.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
