Description
This position manages and administers a wide variety of routine and complex responsibilities relating to new hire processing, compensation (both hourly and salaried), Personnel Requisitions and job postings, monthly head count reporting, and other duties as they may be assigned.
Hourly Pay : $22.50 - $26.00
The HR Admin position is NOT remote. This role is based out of the Anchorage, AK office and is a temporary assignment from April to August 2025.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Audits and processes all New Hire paperwork, ensuring that all forms are complete, accurate and approved prior to the applicant starting work, including the pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
- Update the HRIS system with new hires, pay changes, transfers, etc.
- Conducts all post-hire I-9 checks using the Homeland Security E-Verify program.
Responsible for processing all verifications of employment based on information in the HRIS system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
