What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources/Business Assistant position at The OFarrell Charter Schools?
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Human Resources/Business Assistant handles confidential clerical tasks, supports district staff, manages data entry, responds to inquiries, and maintains records.
Work Schedule: 7:30AM- 4:00PM, Monday-Friday

The O’Farrell Schools is home to more than 2,000 students in traditional elementary, middle, and high school programs. It is also home to Ingenuity Charter School, a “non-seat based” blended learning environment, created to help students who are struggling within the traditional school setting or need an alternative learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with strong reading and writing skills in English
- Basic math, including calculations using fractions, percents, and/or ratios.
- Record-keeping and report-writing skills
- Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary
- Utilize job-related equipment, including software applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
