Position Description
As a Business Analyst at OX, you will play a key role in the digital project implementation process. You will have the opportunity to work independently on small and medium sized projects, while collaborating with senior team members on larger initiatives to further develop your skills. You can expect to work with agency and client stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure that the final product meets the needs of the business. You will possess experience in digital projects, such as eCommerce, marketing sites, mobile applications, and product design and development. This role reports directly to the Director, Product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead meetings and workshops with clients and agency stakeholders
- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Work with UX/UI and development teams to ensure designs and builds are aligned with user stories
- Lead user acceptance testing and issue triage/resolution
- Maintain open items between client and agency teams
- Understand and identify technical implementations needed to support business needs
- Help maintain all features planning documentation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst or Product Management experience
- Professional client presence and demeanor
- Experience in an agency/consulting environment strongly preferred
- Experience working with UX, Product Design and Development teams
- Experience working closely with various business teams to define requirements
- Process-oriented, with the ability to be flexible and change process when needed
- Ability to work within an agile environment
Experience in the following is a plus:
- Experience working in B2B
- Experience with working with enterprise level and smaller technologies
- Experience working
- Experience working on eCommerce projects
- Mobile and/or Web app project experience
