What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator OMC Foundation position at The Ohio Masonic Communities?
At The Ohio Masonic Communities, we pride ourselves on being the trusted partner to help people age respectfully and our employees are the key to this success. A fun, supportive, team-based work environment, we provide support to Browning Masonic Community in Waterville, Springfield Masonic Community in Springfield, and Western Reserve Masonic Community in Medina. With the help of The Ohio Masonic Communities Foundation and The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center, we emphasize using innovative technology to provide the best care possible. It’s why we won the 2022 Leading Age Ohio Innovation Award. If a community or staff member has an idea for something to make life better or work easier, we find a way to make it happen.
We want to take care of you as much as you support taking care of our community members. That’s why we offer competitive benefits including paying up to $5,000 a year for tuition so you can further your education and your career. We also understand that everybody goes through tough times, so our HOPE program provides financial assistance to employees in need.
Don’t let our name confuse you; you don’t need to be Masonic to live or work here. Our history is rooted in the Masonic values of service and charity, but that doesn’t mean we’re all Masons. In fact, many of our residents and employees aren’t!
We’re ready for you to join our team!
As an Office Coordinator for The Ohio Masonic Communities Foundation, you will provide administrative
support to the Corporate office and the Foundation. You will be the primary point of contact for all visitors and will also be responsible for clerical activities such as ordering supplies, processing cash deposits, processing mailings
and distributing mail. You will assist the Foundation with events and meetings by ordering supplies, coordinating the catering, doing set-up and tear down and attending the events. You will assist with other duties as needed such as maintaining the donor database and acting as the backup for the Assistant Director of Donor Relations.
Ohio Masonic Communities offers a full complement of benefits for those that qualify, including medical, dental and vision insurance, with many preventative drugs covered at 100%, 403(b) plan participation with up to 4% company match, Generous PTO, Life Insurance benefits and a $5,000 education assistance program, among others.
We are an equal opportunity employer and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
We look forward to hearing from you TODAY!
