The UKG HR Compliance Manager actsas the primary point of contact for UKG and isresponsible to support and maintain HR programs utilizing a variety of datasources and reporting tools.
The primary system used in this positionis UKG and its component pieces : UKG Pro, Workforce Management, Onboarding,Performance Management, etc. Custom reporting is primarily done via UKG BusinessIntelligence (IBM Cognos Analytics). Additionally, internal processes involvedata maintenance utilizing Microsoft platforms, including Power Automate,SharePoint, and Excel.
The position additionally supports the Corporate Human Resources Director, Community Human Resources Managers, and Benefits Coordinator in reporting and training in UKG system and Human Resources development.
This is a non-remote position located in Springfield, Ohio.
