Scope of Position
The Business Operations Consultant will develop and lead the implementation and evaluation of strategies and tactics designed to improve the patient and family experience across the continuum of care in alignment with organization-wide strategic plan.
Position Summary
The Business Operations Consultant will be primarily responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic priorities and strategies designed to enhance the patient and family experience across the continuum of care. This includes data analysis and reporting, as well as identification and deployment of best practices to improve service and processes of strategic importance to the organization. Responsibilities include small and large scale project planning, implementation, management and evaluation, significant data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling, on-site project support and coaching, and measurement program management and oversight. In addition, oversees measurement and reporting including planning and technical implementation, communication, performance improvement, staff development, and other essential departmental functions.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
- 6 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
